My order arrived warm, is it safe to eat?

Safe Catch Tuna is shipped fully cooked. There is no harm to the product from heat exposure. All bacteria that could potentially grow due to heat have been eliminated in the cooking process. While the box/cans may be warm to the touch, this does not cause any harm to the integrity of the product.

Heat exposure only becomes an issue once packages have been opened and there is exposure to the air, where they may be exposed to microbes.
