How much mercury is in your frozen products?

Safe Catch only uses fish that are tested and pass the strict limits defined below:

  • 0.15 ppm for every fish in our Safe Catch Tuna Burger which is over 6.5x lower than the FDA limit of 1.00 ppm
  • 0.1 ppm for every catch of pollock in our Safe Catch Fish Fillets, Fish Nuggets and Fish Sticks, which is 10x lower than the FDA action level of 1.0 ppm
