How do I edit my subscription?
You may access and log in to your subscriber account using the "My Account" link at the bottom of our website or at https://safecatch.com/my-safe-catch-account/ to make the following changes:
- change your shipping address
- change your contact details
- change your payment information
- change your next payment date
- skip your next payment
- ship now and choose your rescheduling option
- change frequency of shipment
- change your product quantity
- cancel your subscription (please note that canceling your subscription will not cancel renewal orders that have already been processed.)
(Use the Details button to edit your shipment frequency, next payment date, or product quantities.)
Add a product:
- click “My Subscription”
- in the Actions section, Click the “Add Product” button
- on the Shop page, click the Subscribe and Save link under your desired product and quantity
- check “Add to an existing subscription”
- select the delivery frequency that matches your existing subscription
- click the “Add to Subscription” button
Remove a product:
- scroll down to “Subscription Totals”
- click the “x” for any product(s) you want to remove
Place your subscription on temporary* hold:
Toggle the "auto-renew" switch off to hold your shipments and toggle it back on when you are ready to reactivate. (Please note this action will place your subscription in manual renewal status, and you will receive an invitation to renew your subscription for the next pending order using a payment link. No further orders will process until you choose to either pay through this notification email or revert your subscription to auto-renew status.)
*There is a 90-day maximum hold limit. We send email reminders prior to automatic cancelation to give you the opportunity to reactivate your subscription shipments.
