Are your products safe for people with gluten (or other) allergies?
Safe Catch Tuna and Salmon products are packed in a facility with no peanuts, gluten, dairy, or eggs present in the facility. There is coconut (tree nut) present at the facility, but not on our production line. There is no risk of cross-contamination from any of the aforementioned allergens.
There are other seafood products present in the facility, i.e. crab and shrimp, but they are not processed on the same production equipment as our tuna and salmon.
In regards to our seasonings for our seasoned products, the spices are processed in a facility that does not have peanuts, eggs or dairy present in the facility. There are gluten products present at the facility, but they are located in a segmented building and there is no risk of cross-contamination with the spices. There are no soy or soy derivatives in the product or shared equipment though teriyaki is present in the processing facility.
Safe Catch Sardines are packed in a facility with no peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, dairy, wheat, soy, or eggs present in the facility.
Safe Catch Mackerel is packed in a facility with no peanuts or tree nuts present in the facility. There are dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, wheat, and other fish products present in the facility and produced on shared equipment, but strict allergen control procedures are followed to prevent cross-contamination.
Safe Catch Trout are packed in a facility with no peanuts or tree nuts in the facility. There are dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame seeds, wheat, celery and other fish present at the facility, but they are not processed on the same production equipment as our trout. There is no risk of cross-contamination from any of the aforementioned allergens.
